It is very easy to add a MicroSD card to a Surface Pro 4. Every Surface Pro 4 comes with a MicroSD card slot behind the kick stand on the side of the USB port of the Surface.
There is no limit to the storage capacity of MicroSD that you can add onto the Surface. This increases the storage capacity if you own a 128GB Surface Pro. It is handy if you are a graphic designer or photographer and need to store large files on the Surface.
Currently San Disk offers a 256GB Ultra Card as it’s highest capacity MicroSD card.
